	$363.00 once off set up fee.
	$143.00 for a domain name.
	$224.00 monthly fee.

The nitty gritty of what's included:-

	a domain name will be registered for you and the name will be licensed to you for two years, after this time you will have to pay a renewal fee.
	the designing of your web site includes:- page design and layout artwork buttons banners icons up to 15 scanned images up to 12 pages
	hosting of your web site on the Lite Plan:- 10 MB of disc space for your web site on remote server 100 MB data transfer per month 5 email boxes
	updating and overhauling your web site:- an update of content at 6 months and 18 months an overhaul of artwork and an update of content at 12 months.

Inflation: the monthly charge is to be revised after twelve months to reflect any change (if any) in the monthly hosting fee.

Payment terms: The Once Off Set Up Fee and the Domain Name Registration Fee are to be paid in advance at the beginning of the two year term. The Monthly Fee is to be paid monthly in advance for two years (24 payments in total).
